Thanks to the most recent certification awarded by FSA (certificate N° FSA 09 ATEX 1591 X), TECNOPRESS Flat and Ribbed Bursting Panels can be completely customized to meet the client’s requests, especially in regard to: As long as the following rules are respected: •   Minimum external dimensions = 200 x 200 mm •   Maximum external dimensions = 1150 x 1150 mm •   Ratio between the shortest and the longest side = 0,338 : 1 •   Distance between the fixing points = 75 - 130 mm Advantages Thanks to all of the above, Flat and Ribbed Tecnopress Bursting Panels can: •   replace any existing bursting panel, while respecting the above characteristics •   be adapted to any space, while respecting the above characteristics •   have a static activation pressure tolerance up to ± 10% (identified following tests carried out on each production batch and as shown on the CE label on every panel) •   have a personalized static activation pressure tolerance (including ± 50%), depending on the client’s specific requirements and of the planned use (for example, it is possible to create stronger panels of elevators) thanks to the results of the tests on each production batch •   be used on curved surfaces (after approval tests carried out in our laboratories) with written validity certificates from the manufacturer specifying that particular use.
